According to the Financial Investment Association on the 6th, on the 5th, Choi Gon, the former largest shareholder (100% stake, 2 million shares), disclosed that he gifted 70% of his shares (1.4 million shares) to his son, CEO Choi Jun-hyuk. The date of the gift was the 30th of last month.
With this gift, Chairman Choi's stake decreased to 30% (600,000 shares), and CEO Choi now holds 70% of the shares, becoming the largest shareholder.

Born in 1981, CEO Choi is the second son of Chairman Choi and previously worked as the head of the derivatives division at Bank of America (BOA) Seoul branch. In April last year, he moved to Alpha Asset Management as vice president and became CEO in February this year. He married Jeon Ji-hyun in 2012 and has two sons.
Alpha Asset Management, established in July 2002, is a comprehensive asset management company with assets under management reaching approximately 470 billion KRW as of the end of last month.
