[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] On the 30th, Ha Tae-kyung, a member of the People Power Party, criticized the North Korean regime regarding the shooting incident of the missing public official from Yeonpyeong Island, saying, "North Korea's power has fallen to the level of the IS terrorist group, and South Korea's power is mercilessly trampling on the dignity of an individual to appease that regime."

On the same day, Ha said on Facebook, "We are witnessing the cruel joint violence of the two powers of North and South Korea against a powerless individual," and added, "The state was not an institution that serves the people but a weapon that attacks the people."

Ha pointed out, "The former democratic activists who insisted that the state should be a tool for the people are now obsessed with turning innocent citizens into criminals," and criticized, "President Moon Jae-in, who only spoke eloquently, was like an invisible man when a crisis came."

Ha stated, "To this regime, Chu·Guk·Hyang (Chu Mi-ae, Minister of Justice··Jo Guk, former Minister of Justice·Yoon Mi-hyang, member of the Democratic Party) are presumed innocent before court rulings, but an ordinary citizen is presumed guilty," and added, "This barbaric unfairness will not disappear on its own. I reaffirm my determination and resolve once again. I will not surrender."
