[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency announced on the 28th that it conducted the 'Public Institution Industrial Site Exploration Program' for job seekers preparing for employment at public institutions.
The industrial site exploration program was held at the Daejeon headquarters of the Agency. As a public institution, the Agency organized the program to provide employment know-how as part of its efforts to 'create jobs.'
This program consisted of an introduction to the Agency and public institutions, an employment talk concert, and one-on-one employment counseling between seniors and juniors. Due to the limited number of participants caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the entire program was recorded on video.
After the program ended, the Agency provided opportunities for job seekers who were not able to attend to experience the program remotely and acquire employment information.
Director Lee Jaehong stated, "We plan to continuously develop programs that can help young people struggling with employment, while adhering to the health authorities' quarantine guidelines to prevent and contain COVID-19."
