All Recruitment Promotion Events to Be Conducted Online
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] NCSoft (hereinafter NC) announced that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in 2020 starting from the 28th.
This recruitment will be conducted in 20 departments including game development, service platform development, game artificial intelligence (AI), game business, public relations, and human resources.
The recruitment process proceeds in the order of application submission, document screening, NC test (aptitude test and job-specific competency evaluation), first interview, and second interview. Applications can be submitted on the NC recruitment website until 2 PM on October 14.
NC will conduct all promotional events related to recruitment online this year. To provide useful information to applicants, they plan to hold an 'online recruitment briefing session,' 'online one-on-one job consultation,' and 'online written interview.'
The online recruitment briefing session will be broadcast live on NC's official YouTube channel from 2 PM on October 7. The recruitment officer will introduce NC as a company and the open recruitment, and employees who joined through last year's open recruitment along with team leaders who selected them will appear together to share their experience with the process and tips for passing, among various segments. There will also be a time to answer questions received in real time. Applicants who find it difficult to watch the live broadcast can watch the online recruitment briefing session later on NC's official YouTube channel.
The online one-on-one job consultation will be held over two days, October 12 and 13, via the video conferencing platform Zoom for pre-registered applicants. Pre-registration is accepted until October 4 on the '2020 New Employee Open Recruitment Information Webpage.' Participants can have one-on-one video consultations with job managers to resolve questions about detailed job content or tips for writing applications by field.
Applicants can also participate in the online written interview on the 'Dokchwi-sa' Naver Cafe. For five days starting from that day, if questions about the selection process, job, or working environment are left on the consultation post within the cafe, answers can be checked through a separate posting by the recruitment officer on October 8.
