It will be conducted via real-time remote video lectures.
The program is designed to help participants understand the changing female recruitment trends, women-friendly jobs, industries, companies, and recruitment processes, and to set reasonable career goals to establish an effective career roadmap.
Students can select their desired topics and participate by applying through the Student Integrated Support System (CU+) extracurricular program.
Yoon Onam, Director of the University Career Development Center, stated, “It is essential to understand the female recruitment market and employment environment changed by post-COVID-19, and to gather information about women-friendly future promising industries and companies.” He added, “We will continue to strive to nurture female professionals who efficiently respond to changes in the recruitment market through systematic and specialized programs for female university students.”
