[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] On Monday the 28th, the whole country will be mostly clear, but frost is expected in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, so caution is advised for crop management.
In some areas, mainly in Yeongseo of Gangwon, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk, morning temperatures will drop below 10 degrees Celsius, making it chilly.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 21 and 26 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide.

Until morning, dense fog is expected in Yeongseo of Gangwon and inland Jeolla, so extra attention is needed for traffic safety during the morning commute. A gale warning has been issued for the entire seas of Namhae and Donghae, with very strong winds and high waves, so ships engaged in navigation or fishing should take precautions to avoid damage.
Sea waves are expected to be 1?3.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5?3 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Offshore wave heights are forecasted at 1?4 meters in the East Sea, 0.5?1 meter in the West Sea, and 1?3.5 meters in the South Sea.
