[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jeong-ho] Gong Seung-yeon from 'Law of the Jungle' searched for food with Chef Lim Ji-ho.

On the afternoon of the 26th, SBS's 'Law of the Jungle with Hunter and Chef' (hereafter 'Law of the Jungle') aired, revealing the six hunters and chefs gathering wild ingredients.

On that day, wandering gourmet Lim Ji-ho, Kim Byung-man, Kim Gu-ra, Kim Kang-woo, Lee Yong-jin, and Gong Seung-yeon took a boat from Seungbongdo Island to the survival site.

Kim Gu-ra said, "Although I'm from Incheon, this is my first time on an uninhabited island." In response, Kim Byung-man said, "It's not a feeling of survival," adding, "I have more worries than excitement."

However, upon arriving at Saseungbongdo, they were speechless at the island's scenery. Kim Byung-man repeatedly exclaimed, "It feels like a foreign country." Kim Gu-ra then said, "When you come to the jungle, you usually give up on the bathroom, right? But isn't that over there a makeshift toilet?"

Since it was the 'Hunter and Chef' edition, only basic tools were provided. However, the members were bewildered by the unfamiliar jungle that lacked nothing, joking, "They give us this and then make us suffer later."

Immediately after arrival, Lim Ji-ho, who was scouting the entire island for ingredients, said, "There is sea holly," and dug into the ground without hesitation. Kim Gu-ra followed him, saying, "Chef, don't be too arbitrary and let us help too."

Chef Lim Ji-ho showed charisma by leading not only Kim Gu-ra and Gong Seung-yeon but also the production team in gathering ingredients. When Kim Gu-ra and Gong Seung-yeon asked, "How do you cook this?" upon seeing kudzu, he coolly replied, "You have to try to know," while also showing how to use nature as cooking tools by saying, "I will make a bowl out of the leaves," attracting attention.

Gong Seung-yeon drew attention by acting as Chef Lim Ji-ho's apprentice. She said, "Everywhere I went with the chef was full of food. I learned a lot this time." She mentioned learning about wild ingredients such as bracken and crown daisy. On the other hand, Kim Gu-ra, showing enthusiasm by asking, "Should I pick this too?" was embarrassed and repeatedly bowed his head, laughing, after Chef Lim's charismatic reply, "No, you can do it later."

Later, Kim Byung-man, as the leader of the Byungman tribe, immediately caught an extra-large abalone upon entering the sea. Following Kim Byung-man's lead, Kim Kang-woo also succeeded in hunting abalones one after another, drawing attention.

Kim Byung-man praised Kim Kang-woo's hunting skills, saying, "You have perseverance." After repeatedly collecting abalones, they headed to the base camp with various seafood such as large sea urchins, conchs, whelks, and kelp.

Seeing the seafood, Gong Seung-yeon and Kim Gu-ra admired, "Are there sea urchins this big?" Chef Lim Ji-ho was also pleased, saying, "We brought very good ingredients." Additionally, when Kim Gu-ra asked how many dishes would be made, Chef Lim Ji-ho replied, "You have to try to know," making everyone laugh while putting on a cooking show using wild ingredients like kudzu shoots and pine needles.

Meanwhile, Law of the Jungle airs every Saturday at 8:55 PM.
