Support for Children's Reading Activities
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Woongjin ThinkBig announced on the 24th that it will release popular books from 'Woongjin Book Club' for free on YouTube to alleviate parents' educational burdens and support children's reading activities.
Woongjin Book Club is a smart education platform that provides learning and reading. It offers customized books based on over 10,000 contents from more than 200 famous domestic and international publishers.
A total of 100 books will be released on YouTube this time. These were carefully selected from the Book Club books, which are usually provided for a fee to existing members, as beneficial content for infants and elementary school students. The book contents are scheduled to be uploaded to Woongjin ThinkBig's YouTube channel 'Book Club Lab' by next month.
A Woongjin ThinkBig official said, "With public libraries closed for a long time due to COVID-19, it has become difficult for children to engage in various reading activities," adding, "We hope children can conveniently enjoy Woongjin Book Club's popular books on YouTube at home and gain a unique reading experience."
