The two companies agreed to link KB Insurance's mobile car accident compensation service self-claim system with Kadak to expand mobile car accident compensation guidance services and collaborate on advancing digital-based compensation services in the future.
KB Insurance plans to significantly upgrade customer convenience by providing services that allow customers to directly select repair shops with high satisfaction for car repairs, check estimated repair costs, and compare insurance premium surcharges due to car accident insurance processing with estimated repair costs.
Kim Min-ki, Executive Director of the Automobile Insurance Division at KB Insurance, said, "In a situation where customer demand for non-face-to-face compensation services is increasing recently, we signed this business agreement to provide customers with more diverse digital compensation services," adding, "We will strengthen our digital capabilities so that customers can easily experience insurance services."
