On the 21st, with a significant temperature difference between day and night, the morning temperature was quite chilly as commuters hurried along the streets of Gwanghwamun, Seoul. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low temperature is expected to be between 8 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius. In particular, cold air moving southward from the northwest of Korea is expected to cause a large temperature difference between day and night.
