[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG HelloVision announced on the 20th that it exhibited 65 drawings created by employees' children in the office and lounge of its headquarters in Sangam-dong, Seoul, to provide daily visual enjoyment to employees exhausted by the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

Young children from preschoolers to elementary school students expressed their frustrations over school delays by parodying Edvard Munch's work "The Scream," or depicted memories of going to amusement parks with their families while wearing masks, capturing the changes in daily life caused by the spread of COVID-19. Some also expressed dreams of becoming famous YouTubers or created drawings using a tablet PC pen instead of a brush.

LG HelloVision also held an "Employees' Children Drawing Contest" through online voting and selected six outstanding works. In three categories?preschool (ages 1 to 7), lower elementary (grades 1 to 3), and upper elementary (grades 4 to 6)?the grand prize and excellence awards were given respectively.

The Employees' Children Drawing Contest is an organizational culture program by LG HelloVision aimed at fostering corporate culture and environment through participation of employees and their families. This was the second time the contest was held, following the first in 2017.
