[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seok-jin] Kim Se-han, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Anyang Branch of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office (age 46, Judicial Research and Training Institute class 31), is starting anew as the representative lawyer of the law firm Dadam.

After serving as Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, he left the prosecution after his last post as Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Anyang Branch of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office. From Monday (21st) this week, he will begin working at Dadam's office located on the 5th floor of the Legal Tower, 264 Seocho-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

Deputy Chief Prosecutor Kim graduated from Daeryun High School in Daegu and passed the 41st Judicial Examination in 1999 while attending Korea University’s Department of Law.

He completed the 31st class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2002. He worked as a lawyer at major large law firms such as Ilshin Law Firm, Kim Shinyu Law Firm, and Hwawoo Law Firm before starting his career as a prosecutor at Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office in 2008.

He then served at the Gimcheon Branch of Daegu District Prosecutors' Office, Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Goyang Branch of Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office, Suncheon Branch of Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, Deputy Chief Prosecutor at Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, and finally as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Criminal Division 2 at the Anyang Branch of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office.

During his tenure at the Investigation Department of Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office from 2013 to 2015, he investigated major cases that became social issues, such as the KT case and the embezzlement case involving Pastor Cho Yong-gi of Yoido Full Gospel Church, achieving notable results.

Before his appointment as a prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Kim worked as a lawyer at large law firms such as Hwawoo Law Firm, gaining extensive experience handling various civil cases.
