'Knowing Bros' Lee Sangyi Says "Lee Chohee Maintained Boundaries Well"... Here's Why

[Asia Economy, reporter Kim Jungho] Actor Lee Sangyi has drawn attention for commenting on his co-star Lee Chohee's professionalism.

On the JTBC variety show 'Knowing Bros' (hereafter 'Knowing Bros'), which aired on the evening of September 19, Lee Sangyi mentioned his co-star Lee Chohee.

Lee Sangyi brought up the much-talked-about "hand chemistry" scene. He said, "The reason why the Daje couple received so much attention was because of the hand chemistry in the scene where we didn't want to go on a blind date. That scene became a hot topic."

The cast members of Knowing Bros then asked if they ever felt a special connection while acting as a couple.

In response, Lee Chohee said, "We never discussed our outfits, but we ended up wearing clothes that were almost like matching couple shirts." Lee Sangyi commented, "Chohee was very good at maintaining boundaries," highlighting Lee Chohee's clear and professional attitude. Lee Chohee responded, "Let's work and make money," bringing laughter to the set.

Meanwhile, on the same day, Kim Dohun mentioned that although he is a big eater, he restricted carbohydrates to appear sharp in the drama.

He revealed that before filming, he weighed about 110kg, but for the drama, he lost weight down to around 77kg.

He added, "My whole family eats well. When seasonal food was available, I would even leave school early to eat it. My aunt is over 180cm tall. Everyone in my family is quite big."

Additionally, Lee Sangyi confessed that he is a fan of 'Knowing Bros.' He attracted attention by analyzing the cast members' personalities in detail.

It was also revealed that Lee Sangyi had a previous connection with Kang Hodong. He had appeared on 'Star King' as a member of 'Conscription Police SHINee.'

Regarding this, Lee Sangyi said, "Kang Hodong was really professional. I wasn't a victim or a beneficiary; I was just an ordinary participant," bringing laughter to the audience.

During his school days, he also covered Rain's 'Rainism' and won first place in a UCC contest, demonstrating his dancing skills. Everyone was impressed by Lee Sangyi's dance abilities. Lee Sangyi said, "When I won first place, I received a T-shirt that Rain had worn, but there was no proof that he had actually worn it. I smelled it, and it just smelled like fabric softener," expressing his disappointment.
