[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] The Hyundai Engineering consortium announced on the 18th that it has opened the cyber model house for 'Beonyeong-ro Centridge,' which will be built through the B-05 district housing redevelopment project in Jung-gu, Ulsan, and will begin full-scale sales.
Beonyeong-ro Centridge will consist of a total of 29 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, across 5 complexes, with a total of 2,625 households sized between 39 and 84㎡ (exclusive area). Among these, 1,655 households will be available for general sale. By area, the units are composed of ▲39㎡ 169 households ▲59㎡ 533 households ▲75㎡ 679 households ▲84㎡ 1,244 households. Beonyeong-ro Centridge will feature small to medium-sized floor plans and is expected to become a 'landscape-specialized complex' with approximately 35% of the area dedicated to landscaping.
The complex will be developed as a large-scale residential town in the central location of Jung-gu, Ulsan, with Hyundai Engineering, Lotte Construction, Hyosung Heavy Industries, and Jinheung Enterprise forming a consortium and participating in construction.
Boksan Elementary School (planned) will be surrounded by the complex. It also offers convenient access to schools such as Ulsan Middle School, Muryong Middle School, Seongsin High School, and Ulsan High School. Around the complex, a 23,000㎡ park (based on Ulsan Metropolitan City public announcement), Seodeokchul Park, is also planned. Within approximately 1 km radius of the project site are Jung-gu Culture Street, traditional markets, Homeplus, and the Ulsan Museum of Art (planned). The complex is conveniently accessible to all parts of Ulsan via the nearby Bukbu Sunhwan Road, Beonyeong-ro, and Myeongnyun-ro. It also offers easy access to Busan, Gyeongju, and Pohang via the Donghae Expressway.
Special supply subscription applications will begin on the 24th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 25th and second-priority subscriptions on the 28th. The announcement of winners will be on October 8, and the official contracts will be conducted over five days from October 19 to 23.
A 60% interest-free loan for the interim payment is provided. The resale restriction period is six months, and resale is possible before the first interim payment. A sales official stated, "The 'Housing Act Enforcement Decree Amendment,' which extends the resale restriction period in metropolitan cities until the point of ownership transfer registration, is about to be applied soon, so many buyers are expected to rush to subscribe to this last project before the regulation."
The cyber model house can be viewed on the Beonyeong-ro Centridge website. Through virtual reality (VR) videos implemented with a structure similar to the actual model house, information on each unit type can be checked.
