Consultations are conducted according to the desired job role, reducing trial and error in the matching process between companies and students. Talent search is also supported. HR personnel can search for registered students on the fair's website using various keywords such as major and certifications. To prevent personal information leakage, only basic recruitment-related information is displayed, excluding sensitive personal data.
To increase participation rates among enrolled students, various events such as prize giveaways and attendance events will be held on the website.
