Logispot and Lenovo Operate 'EasyCare' Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Logistics service company Logispot (co-CEOs Park Jun-gyu and Park Jae-yong) announced on the 9th that it will jointly operate 'EasyCare,' Lenovo Korea's after-sales service (A/S) quick delivery. EasyCare is a newly launched A/S quick delivery service by Lenovo, allowing consumers to handle A/S easily and conveniently through quick service without visiting a service center.

Recently launching the B2B quick service 'Barounsong,' Logispot plans to jointly plan and operate the entire transportation process for Lenovo's EasyCare service. For EasyCare, Logispot will provide monitoring of the entire process from product receipt to delivery and assign and train dedicated drivers based on a nationwide quick service network. Lenovo sends dedicated riders through Logispot at the time of product receipt and delivery from customers, checks the receipt status at each A/S center nationwide and customer delivery status on Logispot's platform, and manages the quick service costs of each center in an integrated manner.

Park Jun-gyu, CEO of Logispot, said, "Based on Logispot's technology and know-how leading the digitalization of the freight transportation market, we are striving to enable companies to conveniently use quick services by flexibly adapting to the quick service operation and management methods required by businesses."
