Duksung Women's University Appoints Professor Jinwoo Kim of Social Welfare as Acting President

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Professor Kim Jin-woo, majoring in Social Welfare, has been appointed as the Acting President of Duksung Women's University. On the 7th, Ahn Byung-woo, Chairman of the Duksung Academy Foundation, presented the appointment letter to Professor Kim Jin-woo. Acting President Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Social Welfare and earned his master's and doctoral degrees in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He passed the 39th Administrative Examination in 1995 and has held positions such as Director of the Basic Livelihood Security Division at the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Administrative Officer at the Social Policy Secretariat of the Presidential Office. He joined Duksung Women's University in 2009. His term will last until the appointment of the next president.
