[Bitcoin Now] Domestic Cryptocurrency Faces Sharp Decline... Domestic 12.17 Million KRW · Overseas $10,172 Level

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Major cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, are showing a sharp decline in the domestic market. Bitcoin was traded at 12.17 million KRW domestically and around 10,172 USD overseas.


As of 2:47 PM on the 7th, according to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb, Bitcoin was traded at 12.179 million KRW, down 1.22% (150,000 KRW) from the previous session. The trading volume at this time was 39 billion KRW. Other cryptocurrencies at the same time, such as Ethereum (-0.93%), Ripple (-1.45%), EOS (-2.30%), and Bitcoin Cash (-1.25%), also declined.

According to another cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, Bitcoin was traded at 12.192 million KRW, down 1.30% (161,000 KRW). Among other cryptocurrencies, TRON (-1.10%), Ethereum (-2.50%), EOS (-1.57%), Chainlink (-4.67%), and Bitcoin Cash (-1.64%) also fell.


On the other hand, Bitcoin is showing a slight upward trend in the overseas market. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was traded at 10,172.70 USD, up 0.45% from the previous day. Ethereum (6.20%), Chainlink (21.01%), and Bitcoin SV (2.71%) rose.
