[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Autonomous A2G announced on the 7th that it has secured approximately 2.1 billion KRW in seed investment to advance autonomous driving technology and develop commercialization of autonomous driving solutions for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).

Based on this seed investment, the company has officially launched projects aimed at commercialization. Moving forward, it will establish an environment for additional investments to facilitate smooth solution development and market dominance.

Founded in 2018, Autonomous A2G is actively conducting autonomous driving demonstration projects across South Korea, leveraging its differentiated technology. Drawing on experience and technology gained through various projects such as smart city initiatives in collaboration with major domestic telecom companies and platform enterprises, the company is demonstrating scalability into the 'automation and unmanned business sector.'

Han Ji-hyung, CEO of Autonomous A2G, stated, “Through the completion of this seed investment, we have secured a stable development environment to commercialize our technology. We will continue to strive for the commercialization development of solutions for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) such as cleaning vehicles and unmanned patrol cars, based on the autonomous driving solution technology independently developed by our company, with the active support of new investors who have trusted our technology and become partners.”
