Additionally, through 35 QR code videos that allow children to explore traditional objects unfamiliar in today's era or experience the culture, they can enjoyably access background knowledge of the fairy tales. An augmented reality (AR) application is also provided for the entire collection to support children's immersive reading.

In particular, traditional fairy tales were selected and reorganized based on five types of thinking skills?comprehensive thinking, analytical thinking, logical thinking, critical thinking, and creative thinking?to help develop these abilities. While preserving the characteristics of traditional fairy tales, illustrations that encompass both tradition and modernity were also utilized. The composition related to post-reading activities was also strengthened.

A Kyowon Group official said, "Early childhood is an important period to expand character education, thinking skills, and background knowledge while learning traditional fairy tales," adding, "We expect that Hoya·Toya's Old Stories will help children easily and enjoyably learn traditions and morals, which might otherwise feel difficult, through traditional fairy tales."
