Understanding Business Conditions and Proposing Optimal Solutions
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 3rd that it is promoting the development of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based non-face-to-face (untact) 'Smart Diagnostic System.'
This Smart Diagnostic System development was prepared in response to the shift to untact digital-centered support methods in the post-COVID-19 era. The smart diagnosis is a customer participation-type business diagnosis model. It allows voluntary management status checks online and provides optimal solutions through understanding the current level of the company and analyzing problems.
When corporate customers input company status information such as sales, operating profit, number of employees, and intellectual property rights online, a diagnosis of corporate capabilities is conducted using internal data from the Small and Medium Business Corporation as well as external data from government and public institutions and the private sector. Subsequently, a report analyzing the company's growth potential and strategic direction is provided through comparison with a group of companies of similar size in related fields.
The Small and Medium Business Corporation continues communication to provide diagnostic results that corporate customers want and need, aiming for pilot operation in December this year. In the future, based on the consent of companies participating in the smart diagnosis, the diagnostic results will be shared with related public institutions and used for policy support.
With the introduction of an online-based open smart diagnostic system, it will be possible to conduct self-diagnosis, company analysis, and provide rapid diagnostic solutions at any time without visiting the company site. It is expected that the convenience for corporate customers will be further enhanced.
Kim Hakdo, Director of the Small and Medium Business Corporation, said, "We are developing a non-face-to-face diagnostic system based on 41 years of accumulated corporate data and diagnostic know-how," adding, "We will actively utilize the online platform to increase accessibility to business diagnosis and present a new paradigm of diagnosis."
