Shinhyup, 60th Anniversary Website Renewal

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea announced on the 3rd that it has completely revamped its website to celebrate its 60th anniversary. The newly launched official ShinHyup site is a media-type homepage that enhances brand identity and user convenience.

The site is designed as a responsive homepage that automatically adjusts the web page size according to the screen size, providing optimized displays for web, mobile, tablets, and other devices to maximize user convenience. From a design perspective, a unified color design was achieved through the creation of a web style guide, and the Eobuba character was actively utilized to emphasize the value of ShinHyup's management philosophy of ‘Lifetime Eobuba,’ highlighting ShinHyup's brand identity.

The financial product guide tab was organized to allow users to easily and quickly check deposit, loan, card services, and mutual aid products, significantly strengthening non-face-to-face service functions so that financial service users can check detailed information without visiting financial institutions.

In particular, ShinHyup explained that by establishing a media platform ‘Press Center’ on the homepage, it will also serve as a promotional channel to deliver various ShinHyup products and news to users in the future.

Kim Yoon-sik, Chairman of the National Credit Union Federation of Korea, said, “For 60 years, our ShinHyup has stood with socially vulnerable and financially marginalized groups. We have carried out a major overhaul so that anyone can easily and conveniently use ShinHyup’s unique financial services through the website,” adding, “We will continue digital innovation centered on people in line with the fintech era.”
