Official Launch in Thailand Scheduled for Q1 Next Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Mgame announced on the 2nd that it has signed an export contract for the mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) 'Jin Yeolhyeol Gangho' with AsiaSoft, a leading game company in Southeast Asia.
Jin Yeolhyeol Gangho is a mobile MMORPG independently developed by inheriting the graphics and gameplay of Mgame's flagship PC game 'Yeolhyeol Gangho Online.'
AsiaSoft is a partner company that has been servicing Yeolhyeol Gangho Online in Thailand since 2005, maintaining a top ranking in the PC MMORPG category. Based on the service experience and know-how accumulated so far, the two companies have completed the localization of Jin Yeolhyeol Gangho and aim for an official release in the first quarter of next year.
Kwon Yi-hyung, CEO of Mgame, said, "Following the export to Taiwan last month as a starting signal, we have consecutively signed an export contract with Thailand," and added, "We will do our best to ensure that Jin Yeolhyeol Gangho continues successful service in Thailand, where Yeolhyeol Gangho Online is the most popular among Southeast Asian countries."
