The ‘Happy Care Double Benefit Promotion,’ prepared by Renault Samsung with the greatest benefits ever, is being conducted simultaneously offline and online for customers who have not yet subscribed to the Happy Care extended warranty service. When customers purchase the AS extended warranty service with a one-time card payment, they can receive up to a 10% price discount, and additional maintenance discount coupons are provided according to the subscription period of the extended warranty. The maintenance discount coupons offered are 10,000 KRW for a 4-year warranty extension, 20,000 KRW for 5 years, 30,000 KRW for 6 years, and 40,000 KRW for 7 years.

The Happy Care extended warranty service is a professional vehicle management program provided by Renault Samsung Auto Solution. It is a product that extends the basic warranty repair service for a certain period. The warranty repair period can be extended up to 7 years or 140,000 km, and it is available not only for new cars but also for vehicles up to 3 years old and within 60,000 km mileage, purchasable through nationwide Renault Samsung Motors direct service centers, partner repair shops, and Angel Centers.

Additionally, a ‘Thank You Event’ is being held for customers who own SM3 (2002?2010 models), SM5 (1998?2010 models), SM7 (2004?2010 models), and QM5 (2007?2010 models) that have been in use for over 10 years. Maintenance discount coupons are provided based on the price of genuine parts (excluding labor costs). Customers can receive a 10,000 KRW coupon for parts priced over 100,000 KRW, 20,000 KRW for over 200,000 KRW, 30,000 KRW for over 300,000 KRW, and 50,000 KRW for over 700,000 KRW.

During the event period, one customer who has had their vehicle serviced will be selected by lottery to receive a premium service worth approximately 9 million KRW free of charge.
