[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Woori Financial Group announced on the 28th that it has decided to conduct a paid-in capital increase worth 100 billion KRW to raise operating funds. The planned issuance method is a rights offering to existing shareholders followed by a general public offering of unsubscribed shares, with a total of 200 million new shares to be issued.
The planned issue price is 500 KRW per share, and the new shares will be allocated at a ratio of 0.2694 shares per existing share. The record date for the new share allocation is September 17, and the expected listing date is November 17.
