The Era of AI-Powered Personalized News Apps: Launch of 'Roseus,' Your Personal News Assistant Service

Roseus Media Alliance Group announced the launch of Roseus, a personalized news service developed based on AI and big data technologies.

The newly introduced 'Roseus' service curates only the news you want from hundreds of thousands of news articles published daily. Over 99% of domestic media articles are provided, and with more than 100 categories, detailed keyword settings, and the application of AI and big data technologies, users receive a personalized news service selected in real-time every day. Additionally, by utilizing users' news usage data, AI analyzes and recommends news, so the more the service is used, the more accurate the news curation becomes.

The service also supports a scrap feature. The scrap function allows users to save articles they want to remember while reading and collect them within the Roseus service for easy access anytime. By using this, users can track changes in articles related to their set keywords or interests daily. For example, one can gather articles about a company whose stocks they have purchased and monitor related developments every day.

A representative from Bflysoft (CEO Lim Kyunghwan) of Roseus Alliance stated, "Most of these features are often only available in paid commercial news monitoring platforms," adding, "We prepared this service focusing on enabling more people to use news more efficiently and effectively."

Currently, the Roseus service can be downloaded by searching for 'Roseus' on Google Play.

Furthermore, Roseus has a blueprint to evolve beyond a simple news curation service by adding article recommendation and reward systems, aiming to develop into a platform that purifies fake news. The system under preparation encourages many people to recommend good articles that align with facts and disapprove of those that do not, with appropriate rewards provided accordingly. Through this, the ultimate goal of the Roseus project is to create a media ecosystem where good articles receive positive evaluations and rewards, while fake news and abusive articles are unable to gain a foothold in the market.

CEO Lim Kyunghwan of Bflysoft said, "The newly launched Roseus service focuses on allowing news consumers to view only the essential news without wasting time," and added, "Going forward, Roseus Alliance will do its best to build a media ecosystem where good news is properly evaluated by leveraging collective intelligence based on participation."

Meanwhile, the Roseus project is a collaboration between Bflysoft and the 'Roseus Media Alliance Group,' based on hundreds of billions of media big data accumulated over 15 years by Bflysoft. Leveraging core technologies such as big data and AI, it provides a 'user-specific personalized news recommendation main screen' and purifies news content through 'the collective intelligence of the public,' establishing a trustworthy media open platform.
