On the 21st (Friday), with the opening of the housing exhibition center, Daelim Industrial's ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue’ officially began sales and has been receiving favorable reviews from buyers, raising expectations. Special supply will be conducted on the 31st (Monday), followed by the first-priority subscription on September 1st (Tuesday).


‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue,’ supplied by Daelim Industrial in B-2BL of Masong Residential Development Project District, Tongsin-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do (around Masong-ri 586), is a follow-up complex to ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Royal Heim,’ which was supplied in the Masong Residential District last year and sold out in just 13 days. With Gimpo recently maintaining its status as a non-regulated area and the application of Daelim Industrial’s specialized design, the complex has attracted steady interest from buyers even before sales began.


In fact, with the opening of the housing exhibition center and the disclosure of the sale price, Daelim Industrial’s specialized design, the C2 House, and competitive pricing within the metropolitan area have continued to receive positive feedback from buyers.


Mr. Kim (38), a resident of Gimpo-si, said, “I currently live in a rental in Hangang New Town, but due to concerns about rising rents, I visited the housing exhibition center. I was very satisfied as it is supplied mainly with small-sized houses at a reasonable price, and I plan to apply for the subscription.”


‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue’ is supplied at a competitive price in the high 8 million KRW range per 3.3㎡, and as a newly supplied complex in a non-regulated area, it is relatively free from LTV restrictions and subscription limitations.

Upon development, the previously indiscriminately developed factory area will be transformed into a future new industry hub centered on electric vehicles, advanced materials and components, and intelligent machinery. This is expected to play a central role in Gimpo City’s self-sufficiency functions and significantly increase jobs, directly benefiting ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue.’


The subscription schedule for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue’ starts with special supply on the 31st (Monday), followed by the first-priority subscription on September 1st (Tuesday). The announcement of winners will be on the 8th (Tuesday), and the official contract will be conducted over four days from the 21st (Monday) to the 24th (Thursday).


The housing exhibition center is located at 1888-9 Janggi-dong, Gimpo-si, and operates by prior phone reservation (limited to Gimpo residents) to prevent COVID-19. Additionally, Daelim Industrial provides various non-face-to-face information for buyers, including subscription information related to complex subscription conditions, market analysis by invited experts, and real estate regulation information through the e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue website.
