High Subscription Rates Expected as the Last Ulsan Sale Complex Before the September Ban on Transfer of Sale Rights
‘The Sharp Beonyeong Centro,’ which has attracted attention as the most anticipated project in this year’s Ulsan housing market, opened its model house to the public on the 15th (Saturday) and officially began its sales schedule.
To practice social distancing due to COVID-19, visits to the model house were only possible through advance reservations made via the website. From the entrance, wearing masks, temperature checks, and use of hand sanitizer were mandatory, and visits were staggered by time slots to ensure the process was as safe and comfortable as possible.

A visitor from Daldong said, “The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the layout feels open and well designed. The 84㎡ unit even has an alpha room that can be used as a bedroom or a large pantry, which is great. I plan to apply for the subscription and hope to win.” A visitor living in Daehyeon-dong expressed satisfaction, saying, “The 75㎡ and 59㎡ types also apply a 4Bay design, allowing for more spacious use of the area, and unlike other apartments where induction cooktops and engineered stone kitchen countertops and walls are paid options, they are provided as part of the balcony extension package, which I really like.”
This complex has attracted high interest from buyers even before the model house opened, as it is a new premium brand development in Nam-gu, a highly preferred residential area in Ulsan. A local real estate expert cautiously predicted, “Nam-gu in Ulsan usually has a high number of waiting buyers, and since this is expected to be the last complex not subject to the resale restriction on pre-sale rights scheduled for September, it is likely to record an unprecedented subscription competition rate.”
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 20th (Thursday), followed by first priority on the 21st (Friday), and second priority on the 24th (Monday). ‘The Sharp Beonyeong Centro’ is located at 487-8 Yaeum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, consisting of 7 buildings with 3 basement floors and up to 29 floors above ground, totaling 632 units.
