Exploring Eduwill CEO and Staff Lounge 'Eduwill Station'... From Robot Baristas to Massage Chairs

Eduwill, a comprehensive education company (CEO Park Myung-kyu), has established a complex cultural space called ‘Eduwill Station’ exclusively for its employees.

Upon entering Eduwill Station, visitors first encounter the robot barista ‘Willy’. There is also a free snack corner called ‘Energy Bar’ stocked with various snacks, as well as dart machines, basketball games, and nostalgic arcade machines. Additionally, to welcome the summer, there is a cool bar where anyone can enjoy free ice cream.

Inside Eduwill Station, there is a library named ‘Book Hills’ and 34 massage chairs. Recently, four ‘Ceragem Master V3’ chairs were added to support employees’ spinal health.

An Eduwill representative stated, “As work-life balance becomes increasingly important, we will continue to develop and operate various policies regarding employee welfare and facilities.”

Eduwill was recognized for its contribution to creating quality jobs and improving working conditions, receiving the Presidential Award at the ‘2019 Job Creation Merit Government Awards’.
