[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] On the 15th, Paju City in Gyeonggi Province announced that a teenage boy, A, residing in Gyohadong, tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

Boy A, who showed symptoms such as fever, cough, and muscle pain since the 11th, was tested for COVID-19 at the Paju City Public Health Center the day before and confirmed positive.

Additionally, Mr. B in his 50s residing in Unjeong 2-dong and Mr. C in his 30s residing in Unjeong 1-dong also tested positive for COVID-19.

It has been identified that these three individuals had contact with Ms. E, a woman in her 30s residing in Yadang-dong, Paju City, who was confirmed positive three days ago.

They were investigated to have used the Starbucks Yadang branch at the same time on the afternoon of the 8th.

The Paju City Public Health Center plans to transfer them to a hospital and conduct an epidemiological investigation.
