Seongjusan Terrace Apartment 'Bucheon Sosa Hyunjin Everbill' Scheduled to Open in August


These days, work-life balance is gaining popularity alongside the untact life. Work-life balance refers to a state where an individual's work and life are harmoniously balanced. It is expected that connectivity to Seoul will improve significantly as it will be linked to subway Lines 1, 5, 7, and 9 in the future. After opening, transfers to Lines 5 and 9 will be possible at Gimpo Airport Station, and it will take only 13 stops to Yeouido using Line 9 from Gimpo Airport Station. Additionally, using the Airport Railroad, direct connections to Digital Media City Station and Seoul Station are available. At Bucheon Sports Complex Station, Line 7, which directly connects to Gasan Digital Complex Station and Gangnam, can be easily accessed. Sosa Station is also connected to Line 1. It is also a beneficiary area of the metropolitan wide-area express railway GTX-B line, scheduled to begin construction at the end of 2022, which has already passed preliminary feasibility studies. Once this line opens, travel times will be shortened to 27 minutes from Songdo to Seoul Station and 10 minutes from Yeouido to Cheongnyangni, with Bucheon Sports Complex Station planned as a transfer station, promising a major transportation development benefit. Various bus routes are nearby, and the Siheung IC of the Seoul Outer Ring Road can be accessed quickly.
