20 Indonesian Police Officers Complete Master's Program at Police University... Leading the 'Security Hallyu' Photo by National Police Agency


[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The National Police Agency announced on the 13th that 20 Indonesian police officers have completed the master's degree program at the Korean National Police University.


This is the first time foreign police officers have completed the program since the opening of the Graduate School of Police Science at the Police University.


This master's degree program was conducted as part of the "Strengthening Cybercrime Investigation Capabilities of the Indonesian National Police" project, which the National Police Agency is promoting in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).


Indonesian Inspector Grawas, who completed the program, said, "The Korean police have continuously developed their capabilities to respond to cybercrime, and I was particularly impressed by their independent technological development in cybercrime investigation and digital forensics, which has resulted in the world's best investigative techniques." He added, "The master's degree program at the Graduate School of Police Science was a great opportunity to learn advanced investigative techniques."


The National Police Agency stated, "We will actively consider expanding security cooperation programs through educational courses in the future."
