[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saehye] Hard-to-find Chamisul backpack, Ttukbaegi figure, Terra box-shaped bottle opener, and Philite elephant doll can all be found in one place.
HiteJinro announced on the 13th that it will open Korea’s first liquor character shop, ‘Dukkeop Sanghoe,’ showcasing various goods.
The newly opened adult stationery store Dukkeop Sanghoe plans to sell a variety of products including the Chamisul backpack, which sold out and became a popular item, Jinro’s character Ttukbaegi figure, luggage tags, slippers, and more. The quantity available varies by item, and some products may sell out early. HiteJinro planned the pop-up store to provide a differentiated brand experience and to repay continuous customer love in response to overwhelming requests from customers who could not obtain popular goods and promotional items.
Various events are also prepared for customers who visit and purchase at Dukkeop Sanghoe. Lucky boxes composed of popular products such as exclusive glass packages and character packages will be offered at reasonable prices limited to weekends, aiming to satisfy consumers’ cost-effectiveness and emotional satisfaction. Additionally, there will be a ▲‘Ttukbaegi Badge by Day of the Week’ event, where the first 200 customers who purchase over a certain amount daily will receive badges on a first-come, first-served basis; a ▲‘Collect Ttukbaegi Badges’ event, where customers who collect all five different Ttukbaegi badges by day of the week will receive additional goods; and an ▲SNS event, where customers who verify their visit and purchase at Dukkeop Sanghoe on social networking services will receive a Ttukbaegi fan.
HiteJinro is committed to thorough COVID-19 prevention and has prepared safe pop-up store operation measures. They will introduce a smart waiting system and implement a KakaoTalk notification service that sends waiting numbers to minimize customers’ waiting time. The number of customers allowed in the store will be limited to 3-4 people, and temperature checks, hand sanitizer use, and mask-wearing will be encouraged upon entry. Regular store disinfection will also be conducted every two weeks.
Dukkeop Sanghoe will operate for a total of 70 days from October 17 to October 25 at ‘2, Seongsu-iro 12-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul,’ open daily from 12 PM to 8 PM for 8 hours. Minors are restricted from entering.
