Dongdaegu Station Hwaseong Park Dream, developed by Hwaseong Industry, which opened its model house on the 7th, received subscription applications on the 11th, resulting in all units being fully subscribed in the first priority. The number of first priority subscription applications reached 39,520, marking the highest subscription count for complexes launched in the Dong-gu area this year.


Reviewing the subscription results, the general apartment sales totaled 731 units with the following subscription competition rates by exclusive area: 59㎡A at 171:1, 59㎡B at 66:1, 84㎡A at 87.85:1, 84㎡B at 63.5:1, 84㎡C at 84.13:1, 101㎡ at 110.64:1, and 125㎡ at 85.96:1. The average subscription competition rate was 87.82:1. The highest competition rate was for the 59㎡A unit at 171:1.


Meanwhile, the Dongdaegu Station Hwaseong Park Dream officetels, which received applications on the 5th, saw the first group (types 30 and 31) achieve the highest competition rate of 15.9:1, and the second group (type 54) recorded 5.5:1, with subscriptions fully closed and sales contracts completed, achieving full sales.


The subscription competition rate and the number of first priority applicants for Dongdaegu Station Hwaseong Park Dream represent the highest competition rates among new projects in the Dong-gu area this year and are considered remarkable even when compared to complexes launched in the region over the past three years.
