Naver Financial announced on the 12th, "The restoration work for Naver Pay service was completed around 3:44 PM," adding, "The exact cause of the service error is still under investigation."

Users experienced inconvenience as a service error occurred on Naver Pay starting from 11:40 AM that day. When accessing the Naver Pay internet page, a message stating "Naver Pay DB inspection for stable service provision" appeared, and services such as payment, charging, and withdrawal were unavailable. The DB inspection time was initially scheduled from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM but was postponed to 4:00 PM.

Previously, Naver Pay also experienced a temporary service disruption on the 8th from 4:34 PM to 6:15 PM.
