‘The Sharp Suseong Lacheure,’ the first The Sharp apartment in Suseong-gu, Daegu, is scheduled to be launched for sale in August.
POSCO Construction plans to continue its successful sales streak in Daegu through this project. In fact, POSCO Construction recently completed the subscription for this year’s first The Sharp apartment, ‘The Sharp Dearlo,’ with a remarkable competition rate of up to 336.5 to 1, concluding the subscription successfully.
The Sharp Suseong Lacheure is the first reconstruction maintenance project being promoted in Jisan and Beommul-dong. It will be developed on a scale of 899 households across 9 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. Among these, 214 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale. The breakdown of the general sale units by type is ▲59㎡ with 113 units ▲75㎡ with 99 units ▲84㎡A with 2 units, all of which are small to medium-sized units favored by buyers.
The name ‘The Sharp Suseong Lacheure,’ confirmed as the complex name for the Jisan Siyoung 1st complex reconstruction, combines the French words ‘Lac,’ meaning ‘lake,’ and ‘heure,’ meaning ‘time’ or ‘prime.’
This name symbolizes “the best residential space where every moment of daily life becomes special while enjoying the leisure of Suseong Lake.” It represents pride as the best landmark in Jisan-dong, Suseong-gu, offering a pleasant life alongside Suseong Lake.
As the complex is located in Suseong-gu, which leads the Daegu real estate market, it boasts excellent residential conditions. First, it offers a convenient transportation environment. It is a station-area complex within walking distance of Jisan Station on Daegu Metro Line 3, and is adjacent to Suseong IC, facilitating easy travel within and outside the region. Especially, with the planned extension of Daegu Metro Line 3, the transportation environment is expected to become even more convenient.

The model house for The Sharp Suseong Lacheure will be located at 328-1 Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu (near Shinsegae Department Store) and is scheduled to open as a cyber model house in August.
