Enhancing Luxury in Interior and Exterior Design... Various Advanced Features Included
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Kia Motors unveiled the interior and exterior design and new features of the 'Stinger Meister,' scheduled for release at the end of this month, on the 12th. Kia named this upgraded model 'Stinger Meister' to add the image of an expert who has established their own domain.
The exterior design of the Stinger Meister enhances dynamism and luxury through horizontally connected rear combination lamps and newly designed mesh-type 18- and 19-inch wheels. Inspired by motorsports, the turn signal lamps feature a three-dimensional 'Checker Flag' pattern symbolizing the end of a race, and new design wheels emphasizing a high-performance image were applied to increase completeness.
The interior was also focused on enhancing luxury. It features a seamless design 10.25-inch navigation system with smooth boundaries, diamond-quilted Nappa leather seats, and a cluster with black high-gloss and chrome applied to the bezel area, creating a luxurious image. Additionally, the GT-exclusive suede package adds red accents to double stitching and seat belts, simultaneously enhancing sportiness and luxury.
Kia equipped the Stinger Meister with various advanced convenience features. First, the 'Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM)' displays a wider rear-side area on the cluster when changing lanes in conjunction with the turn signal operation, compared to conventional outside mirrors. 'Kia Pay' allows payment through the navigation screen at affiliated gas stations or parking lots. The 'External Air Inflow Prevention Control' automatically closes windows and switches the air conditioning system to recirculation mode before entering tunnels. Other features include ▲Lane Keeping Assist ▲Safe Exit Warning ▲Remote 360-Degree View (vehicle surroundings video monitoring function).
A Kia official stated, “The Stinger Meister will further enhance customer satisfaction by applying a luxurious design and various safety and convenience features reflecting the latest trends,” and added, “Details on the updated powertrain and specifications will be disclosed along with the release at the end of this month.”
