According to Gwangyang-si, Jeonnam, on the 11th, a dairy cow that floated down to the Seomjin Riverbank in Sinwon-ri, Daap-myeon, was rescued during the heavy rain on the 9th.
By checking the 'ear tag number' marked on the cow's earlobe, it was identified as a dairy cow owned by a farm located in Songdong-myeon, Namwon-si.
Gwangyang-si handed the cow over to the farm owner on the 10th with the cooperation of Namwon-si.
Meanwhile, a cow from a livestock farm in Bongdong-ri, Gurye-eup, Jeonnam, was also rescued the previous day in Hadong, Gyeongnam, about 50 km away, and returned to its owner.
