'Daechi Prugio Summit', Highest Competition Rate in Seoul This Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] Daewoo E&C's 'Daechi Prugio Summit,' sold in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which is designated as a land transaction permission zone, closed its first-priority subscription with the highest competition rate in Seoul this year.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 11th, Daechi Prugio Summit attracted 17,820 applicants for 106 units in the first-priority local subscription the day before, showing an average competition rate of 168.1 to 1.

This is the highest competition rate among complexes sold in Seoul this year. Following Magok District 9 Complex (146.8 to 1) and Hoban Summit Mokdong (128.1 to 1), it is the eighth triple-digit subscription rate recorded in Seoul this year.

Since the private land price ceiling system was implemented from the 29th of last month, it is expected that there will be no supply in the Gangnam area for the time being, which is interpreted as causing a large influx of demand.

The highest competition rate was for the exclusive area 101㎡A, which had 848 applicants for one unit (848.0 to 1), and exclusive areas 59㎡B (427.7 to 1), 102㎡A (257.9 to 1), 117㎡A (257.0 to 1), and 129㎡A (245.0 to 1) also recorded competition rates exceeding 100 to 1.

This complex, which is reconstructing Gumaeul 1 District in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is being developed with 9 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, totaling 489 units.

It is the largest among the Gumaeul reconstruction districts 1 to 3, and Daewoo E&C's high-end brand Prugio Summit has been applied.

The average sale price per 3.3㎡ is 47.51 million KRW.
