[Breaking] East Outer Ring Road Entry Restricted... Traffic Congestion Expected During Morning Commute

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] On the 11th, heavy rain continued from midnight until morning, causing road closures at various locations in Seoul, including Dongbu Expressway. Traffic congestion during the morning commute is expected.

As of 6 a.m., vehicle entry and passage are completely restricted in both directions on Dongbu Expressway from Seongsu Junction to Surak Underpass, and on the lower roads in both directions under Banghwa Bridge at Gaehwa Lock Gate.

Additionally, vehicle traffic is fully prohibited on Yangpyeong-ro 30-gil from beside the south end of Seongsan Bridge to Yangpyeong Interchange, on Jamsu Bridge, under Dongjak Bridge at Shindonga Shopping Center underpass, and on Dangsan-ro 52-gil (from the south end of Dangsan Railway Bridge to Dangsan Underpass).
