Ulsan Daehyeon City Pradium Records Highest Subscription Competition Rate of 20.91 to 1, Winners Announced on the 10th

City Construction announced the winners of the “Ulsan Daehyeon City Pradium” in Daehyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, on the 10th through the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home.

The complex attracted about 5,000 visitors to the model house over three days including the weekend after its opening, drawing significant attention from actual demand buyers. Subsequently, in the first-priority subscription, the 84B type recorded a competition rate of 20.91 to 1, closing successfully, and the response to the winner announcement has been enthusiastic.

The subscription winning status can be checked on Subscription Home for 10 days from the announcement date. After this period, it can be verified by using the subscription qualification confirmation or the subscription restriction confirmation menu in My Page.

A sales official stated, “The first-priority subscription was successfully completed,” adding, “We will strive to ensure no disruptions in the upcoming schedule, including contract processing and sales starting today.”

Ulsan Daehyeon City Pradium is a residential complex with a height of 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, consisting of a total of 216 households with a highly preferred exclusive area of 84㎡ (single unit type).

Even before opening, the complex has been popular in the local real estate market due to continuous development benefits and excellent location. Despite being in a metropolitan city, it is a “beneficiary complex before the strengthening of resale restrictions,” allowing resale before registration, and the fact that resale will be possible from February next year also played a role.

Key development benefits include △ the construction of the Ulsan Regional Joint Government Building △ the country’s first Ulsan hydrogen electric tram construction project △ designation of Ulsan as an economic free zone.

Regarding the construction of the Ulsan Regional Joint Government Building, six institutions including Ulsan Customs, Ulsan Regional Labor Commission, Ulsan Employment and Labor Office, Busan Regional Military Manpower Administration Ulsan Service Management Center, Ulsan Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, and the Ulsan Office of the Five Northern Provinces will be housed on the former Ulsan Customs site (approximately 20,000㎡).

Furthermore, if the Ulsan hydrogen electric tram project, the first of its kind in the country, progresses smoothly, by 2030 Ulsan is expected to become a “hydrogen green mobility city” operating trams in addition to electric vehicles, city buses, and ships.

Along with development benefits, the interior of the complex is also noteworthy. This is due to City Construction’s meticulous internal design considering residents’ safety and comfortable living.

The complex applies first-grade seismic design for apartment buildings (earthquake magnitude 6~6.5) and separates pedestrian and vehicle routes within the complex to enhance safety. All units are arranged facing south to secure abundant sunlight and refreshing views, and solar panels have been installed to maximize residents’ quality of life, fitting the name “eco-friendly energy residential complex.”

Additionally, various facilities harmonized with the surrounding natural environment have been created, including △ “Solhyanggi Madang,” a resting and meeting space at the complex entrance characterized by the scent of pine △ “Grass Yard,” where neighbors can engage in various activities △ “Sea Adventure Playground” (water playground), which stimulates children’s interest and creativity △ “Vitamin Garden,” an outdoor exercise space for residents’ health promotion. Various convenience facilities such as a fitness center (G.X room), golf practice range, moms’ lounge, and kids’ room are also provided.

The model house is located in Dal-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City. After the winner announcement, document submission will be from the 12th (Wednesday) to the 16th (Sunday), and the official contract signing will take place over three days on the 21st (Friday), 24th (Monday), and 25th (Tuesday). Detailed inquiries regarding contracts can be confirmed by visiting in person or via inquiry phone calls.
