[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Gongyoung Shopping has joined forces with the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation to protect the marine environment.
Gongyoung Shopping announced on the 10th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation on the 7th of this month at its office in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, focusing on raising awareness for marine environment conservation and promoting seafood sales.
According to the business agreement, the two organizations plan to jointly promote awareness improvement for marine environment conservation.
They also plan to produce content such as short videos (SB·Station Break) to be broadcast between related programs concerning the marine environment.
Gongyoung Shopping operates a dedicated seafood program called 'Eorap Show (魚Love Show)' every Wednesday to promote the excellence of Korean seafood and stimulate consumption, and annually organizes special broadcasts on 'Fishermen's Day' and 'Sea Day'.
