‘Upstairs-Downstairs Neighbors’ Booked Over Interfloor Noise Dispute

B is accused of biting A's left arm in retaliation.

According to the investigation, A repeatedly heard thumping noises from B's upstairs apartment and engaged in a confrontation by knocking on the ceiling, which led to the incident.
