Earlier, Gwangju Metropolitan City Hall sent an emergency disaster text message saying, "As of 7 o'clock, due to flooding at Wolgokcheon Bridge (Wolgok-dong), all train operations departing from and arriving at Gwangju Station have been suspended. Please use Gwangju Songjeong Station."
