[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 7th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office, patrolled the alleys around Daerim-dong and Singil-dong, thoroughly inspecting the pedestrian environment for flood and wind disaster preparedness and the condition of rainwater drains.

Mayor Chae visited Daerim Station and Daerim Central Market to check flood prevention facilities and assess damage recovery status. He also visited the 'road diet' construction site in front of the Southern Road Office to inspect the progress of the construction and safety measures.

Additionally, he visited the site of the school route improvement at Wushin Elementary School, carefully checking the road and pedestrian path maintenance status, and urged officials to promptly address any safety hazards.
