To reinforce face-to-face channel sales, AIA Life recently appointed Executive Director Lee Jae-sang as the new Head of Face-to-Face Sales Division (CADO). Since joining AIA Life in 2005, Executive Director Lee has played key roles not only in the face-to-face sales channel but also in the DM channel, bancassurance, and hybrid channels.
Having served as the PA Sales Team Leader of the Face-to-Face Channel Division since April, Executive Director Lee is expected to contribute to building an innovative face-to-face business model based on his experience and know-how overseeing multi-channels, as well as the trust and leadership he has established with agents and customers both inside and outside the sales field.
AIA Life also held the 'President Club (Top Performer)' event to actively provide growth opportunities for face-to-face channel sales personnel. The President Club is a global in-house training program that offers overseas training opportunities to insurance agents selected as top performers across the entire AIA Group.
Executive Director Lee stated, "Face-to-face sales, where we meet and communicate directly with customers and listen to various opinions, is the most pivotal channel at AIA Life. In line with the spread of non-face-to-face trends and the emphasis on digital innovation, we will strive to innovate our face-to-face sales strategy to provide customers with differentiated experiences and services."
