Able C&C Missha Launches Cicadin Blemish Serum

[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Able C&C's cosmetic brand Missha announced on the 7th that it has launched the 'Cicadin Blemish Clearing Serum.'

This serum is a good product to use on skin irritated by mask-wearing. It contains 75% Centella Asiatica extract to help soothe the skin, and BHA ingredients that remove unnecessary dead skin cells to prevent fine pores from clogging. To balance the skin's oil and moisture, which can easily be disrupted by the humidity inside masks, moisturizing ingredients such as panthenol, ceramide NP, and ectoine are also included.

SkinMed completed a human application test. As a result of testing the effect of alleviating skin barrier damage caused by mask-wearing, transepidermal water loss improved by 44.09% after 2 days of product use. After 4 weeks, sebum secretion decreased by 46.3%, indicating that it is suitable for use on acne-prone skin as well.

Junseong Lee, Executive Director of Marketing at Able C&C, said, "The Cicadin Blemish Serum is an effective product for healthily managing sensitive skin," adding, "It will be a good solution to reduce the stress of wearing masks."

The Missha Cicadin Blemish Clearing Serum comes in a 30ml size and is priced at 26,000 won.
