Mirae Asset Maps No.1 REITs, Newly Listed on KOSPI on the 5th

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Korea Exchange announced on the 3rd that it has approved the listing of Mirae Asset Maps No.1 Trust Management Real Estate Investment Company (REITs) on the KOSPI market.

The listing date is set for the 5th, with a public offering price of 5,000 KRW per share.

Mirae Asset Maps No.1 REIT is the first real estate investment company managed by Mirae Asset Global Investments, investing in the commercial facilities of Gwanggyo Central Prugio City located in Gwanggyo New Town, Gyeonggi-do.
