Hyun Bin and Song Hye-kyo's Side Denies China-Originated Reunion Rumors as "Baseless"

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Amid the spread of rumors about actors Song Hye-kyo and Hyun Bin rekindling their relationship in Chinese media, both agencies have dismissed the controversy as "groundless."

Hyun Bin's agency, VAST Entertainment, stated on the 31st regarding the China-originated reports that Hyun Bin and Song Hye-kyo have started dating again, "The dating rumors that surfaced in China are not true," adding "They are completely unfounded."

Song Hye-kyo's agency UAA also denied the rumors on the same day, calling them "nonsense."

On that day, a Chinese entertainment channel reported that "Recently, a netizen posted a photo on SNS of a man and woman who appear to be Hyun Bin and Song Hye-kyo walking a dog late at night," claiming the two had reunited.

However, the photo released by the media only shows the backs of two pedestrians standing on a dark walking path, providing no evidence that they are Hyun Bin and Song Hye-kyo.

Moreover, since Hyun Bin is currently staying in Jordan for a film shoot, netizens have criticized the report as "baseless."

Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Song Hye-kyo developed a relationship after working together on the KBS 2TV drama "The World They Live In," and began dating publicly in 2009. They broke up about two years later when Hyun Bin enlisted in the military in 2011.

Hyun Bin is currently in Jordan filming the movie "Negotiation," while Song Hye-kyo is reviewing her next project.
