[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] At 2:08 PM on the 28th, netizens criticizing the Moon Jae-in administration's real estate policies started a "real-time search word (real-time keyword) challenge" with the content "Dismiss Moon Jae-in," which is currently ranked number one in Naver's current affairs section. The keyword "Dismiss Moon Jae-in" rose in the real-time search rankings through the "real-time keyword challenge." Previously, keywords such as "Moon Jae-in step down" also appeared in the real-time search rankings.
In a real estate-related cafe with 1,169,734 members, a post titled "Dismiss Moon Jae-in" was uploaded. The author proposed the real-time keyword challenge, saying, "Today's real-time keyword challenge is 'Dismiss Moon Jae-in.' The current administration, which has issued dozens of bills infringing on citizens' private property rights and violating the constitution, such as the Lease Protection Act, deserves to be impeached." He added, "Let's dismiss this amateur administration that is busy blaming others without any apology or responsibility for the wrong policies!"

On the morning of the 21st at 7 AM, the keyword "Moon Jae-in step down" also appeared in Naver's real-time search current affairs section. It is known that members of the Naver cafe "Meeting for the Relief of Victims of the Retroactive Application of the 6.17 Regulation," who oppose the Moon Jae-in administration's real estate regulatory policies, repeatedly searched this phrase intensively, causing it to appear in the real-time search rankings.
The so-called "real-time keyword challenge," which raises keywords to the top of portal site search rankings, has been conducted intensively every day from 2 to 4 PM since the 1st of this month.
The keywords promoted by cafe members mainly criticize the Moon Jae-in administration's real estate policies, including "Constitution Article 13 Clause 2," "6.17 Unconstitutional Tears of the Common People," "Minister Kim Hyun-mi Lies," "Retroactive Unconstitutional Deep-rooted Government," "Ministry of Land Audit Request," "Withdrawal of Support for Moon Jae-in," and "Tax Resistance National Movement."
Also, petitions opposing the current administration's real estate policies have been posted on the Blue House National Petition Board. As of 3 PM on the 28th, a petition titled "Opposition to the Retroactive Application of the Lease Protection Act That Could Shake the Foundation of the Rule of Law," posted on the 9th, had 25,978 supporters. The petitioner appealed for protection of landlords' property rights in accordance with Article 13 Clause 2 of the Constitution, which states that "property rights shall not be deprived by retroactive legislation."

On the weekend of the 25th, a candlelight rally condemning real estate measures was held in front of the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation in Jung-gu, Seoul.
Participants in the rally voiced opposition to the Moon Jae-in administration's real estate measures under groups such as the "Citizens' Group for Relief of Victims of the Retroactive Application of the 6.17 Regulation" and the "Victims' Group of the Retroactive Application of the 7.10 Acquisition Tax." The organizers estimated the number of participants at 5,000.
Speakers at the podium on that day criticized, saying, "They raised housing prices themselves, so why do they call us speculators? Why should homeowners be discriminated against?" and "In 2018, registering as a rental business was considered patriotic, but now they call us speculators."
